The One-Eighty Oxford team started as volunteers from across a variety of youth professions in Oxfordshire, all determined to see their young people accessing a thorough and integrated support service. Now One-Eighty is made up of workers from many professional bodies volunteering any spare time that they can dedicate. These include agencies like the Early Intervention service, Behaviour Support, Attendance and Engagement, Youth Justice, Social Care, Schools and Colleges and they are all keen to see vulnerable young people reached and supported.
One-Eighty also trains and enables adults from local universities and community groups to mentor and support self-referred families in their own communities. The best bit is that a lot of our volunteer lead support is free and anyone can access it.
One-Eighty has a team of trustees and directors whose job it is to shape the design and structure of the provisions that One-Eighty offers.
